Hi, I needed to get OW demo reset by UAD.... I have both a PCI-e QUAD and an APOLLO Duo with TB all on the WINTEL PC..... I am running v 7. The first authorization file update they sent to reset the demo , didn't work when I dragged it from my file folder to the UAD meter app whatever it is called. The authorization executed without error but the OW app still said, demo expired, do you want to purchase? I was told by UAD support to run this authorization against the currently installed version of software on my system and not to upgrade. But, needless to say, I did BUY it tonight and now I have another problem.... I don't have enough DSP to use as many instances as I need to mix all the instruments in the same space with different mic placements... Again, I already own just about every plug probably this is one of three I haven't purchased yet so this isn't about CHEATING which quite frankly, I am offended by your insinuation.
